Since a new year started, we would like to give you a timeline of things we plan ahead. Our objective is basically to finally complete the development of 'btmusic' and in the future only work on any possible updates. Our road to do that:

JANUARY - FEBRUARY

1. Refreshing the Site Rules (x2): Firstly, we would like to make a policy check on overseeding. The policy has remained controversial throughout the years. We would like to see what the community really thinks about it after the years. Details are to come soon. Secondly, we will lift ban on any material previously forbidden from uploading for any reason, e.g. charity albums. No censorship. Anything can go. Again, details soon.

2. SACD image ripping rules will come.

3. BluRay image ripping rules will come. We are also going to allow DVDFab DVD-Video ripping.

4. We may select a new mod to reinforce the current team.

FEBRUARY onward

When everything that's planned for January is done we will focus entirely on implementing completely new Site looks on which we've been working for a while now. For example the current FAQ is done in the new style. We plan to complete the interface switch before the summer. This project will naturally involve implementation of many things you asked us in the forums and suggested in other ways. Our to-do list is long enough and yes, we've been making notes. We plan to make btmusic work in the easiest and the most convenient way possible. There will be a testing BETA period somewhere along the way when we will ask some of you to test our new interface for us.

That's it. When that's done, this place should be done ...and we will make it before the end of the world!

I wonder why they're going from music only to a more general tracker? Seems like FLAC was their selling point.
